Jello Poke Cake I've lost a recipe for a Jello Poke Cake that was
different than any I have found so far. After the Jello was dissolved it
was mixed with powdered sugar so it formed a glaze when poured on. Much
sweeter than the usual but we liked it much better.

Bruschetta Bread like Jack Astors
Jack Astors has the best bruschetta I`ve ever tasted and i`m wondering if
anyone might have a copy cat recipe. They use a balsamic glaze to drizzle
over it and it`s piled with a tomato mixture of some kind with garlic etc,
feat cheese and also some type of sour cream sauce drizzled over it. The
presentation is beautiful and I`d love to copy it.

Steamed Fresh Green Beans
We went to the Outback restaurant. I ordered their steamed green beans.
They were excellent and had a great marinade on them. I don't know what
they used, but I would like to find out.
Thanks for any help.

Subject: Pear Whip
My mother made a light dessert she called "Pear Whip" back in the 40s and
50s. I believe some of the ingredients were mashed canned/cooked pears,
perhaps pineapple, and whipped cream (real). Can't remember the rest.
I hope someone else has heard of it and can help.
Thank you. Nancy
