Five Cheese Rigatoni in a Garlic Herb Alfredo Sauce
This is a dish served at Olive Garden and it is awesome! It is rigatoni
filled with a mozzarella, parmesan, asiago, fontina and ricotta cheese
blend. Then it is served in a garlic herb alfredo sauce with basil and
chopped tomatoes. At the restaurant it is tossed with grilled chicken but
I had them substitute the chicken with broccoli and mushrooms.

I once found a recipe on the internet that I made and it was easy, and
FABULOUS.

It was for these Mini Savory Cheesecake Bites. They were crustless and
made in mini-muffin tins and had eggs, cream cheese, salsa and other
things in them.

A search of the internet yields nothing. Anyone seen anything like this
around?
