1 chopped onion
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp dried basil
3 tsp chicken stock
2 cups soft breadcrumbs
2 tsp soy sauce

Thoroughly mix all ingredients. Shape into balls and cook in microwave for
a few minutes or frying pan.

Sauce:
2 tsp chopped garlic
2 tsp chopped onion
4 tbs tomato sauce (ketchup)
4 tsp tomato concentrate
2 tbs brown sugar
