Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk Ice Cream Pie

1 Graham Cracker Crust
1 Pint Ice Cream (Vanilla or your preference)
1 Large Dark Chocolate Bar
3 or more cups rolled oats
3 tablespoons peanutbutter (for variation)

Place rolled oats on baking sheet. Toast until slightly browned (on one or
both sides, whatever you prefer, you can flip and toast both sides if you want,
using spatula). Scoop ice-cream out into a bowl. You can use soy ice-cream or
other if you are vegan. Melt dark chocolate bar on low flame, but leave some
unmelted and break into small chunks.
Now pour toasted oats into ice cream in bowl. Stir. Then pour melted chocolate
onto the mixture, and add chocolate chunks. Stir. Put entire mixture into
graham cracker crust. Place pie in oven and warm until ice cream is easier
to stir. Remove pie. Stir once again and smooth out. If you like you can drizzle
some cashew or peanut or almond butter over the pie, or add nuts to stir in,
if you like that. Now place in freezer until it hardens. Once it hardens, take your
ice-cream pie out and serve---DEEEE--LISH--USSS!!! And you'll feel so energetic
after you eat it you can run a mile. I don't know why, but it feels like a
healthfood!!!
