Herbed Pork Chops in Mushroom Sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp dried basil leaves or thyme leaves, crushed 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick 1 Tbsp vegetable oil or olive oil 1 medium onion, sliced 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Cream of Mushroom Soup 1/4 cup milk Hot cooked rice Mix garlic, paprika and basil. Coat chops with seasoning mixture. Heat oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned. Add onion and cook until tender. Add soup and milk. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes or until done. Serve with rice.
