Ho Ho Filling
Creamy Filling:
5 Tbsp. flour 1 1/4 cup milk 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup (1 stick ) butter 1 cup shortening In a saucepan, add the milk gradually to the flour and cook over low heat until thickened. Set aside to cool. In the mixer, blend sugar, butter and shortening. Beat well.
