Default Pickled Garlic

Pickled Garlic

1 cup sugar
2 cups brown cider vinegar
3 cups garlic cloves (about 6-8 bulbs)

Bring sugar and vinegar to a boil in a sauce pan. Add garlic. Return to
boil, and boil 2-3 minutes
Remove from heat and put in qt. size canning jar.
Let cool on counter, then cap & refrigerate for 4 weeks
For easy peeling-soak cloves in a pan of water (15-20 min.)
