Oven Baked Flounder (from Shop-Rite website)
2 lb fresh flounder fillets 3 Tbsp lemon juice 1/4 lb butter 1-1/2 tsp garlic powder dash paprika dash oregano dash salt (optional) dash italian bread crumbs Place flounder onto large cookie sheet. In 1 quart saucepan, combine butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt. Heat over low flame until melted. Pour over flounder and sprinkle with oregano, paprika, salt, and bread crumbs.
