Default Oven Baked Flounder

Oven Baked Flounder (from Shop-Rite website)

2 lb fresh flounder fillets
3 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 lb butter
1-1/2 tsp garlic powder
dash paprika
dash oregano
dash salt (optional)
dash italian bread crumbs

Place flounder onto large cookie sheet. In 1 quart saucepan, combine
butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt. Heat over low flame until
melted. Pour over flounder and sprinkle with oregano, paprika, salt, and
bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
