Default Seafood Jambalya

Seafood Jambalya (using Rice Cooker)

Recipe By :Micha in AZ

1 pound raw shrimp
1 can crabmeat
1 can beef broth
1 1/2 cups raw rice
1 stick melted butter
1 chopped medium-size bell pepper
1 chopped medium-size onion
1 can chopped mushroom pieces (optional)

Mix all ingredients together in rice cooker or pot and cook.
Season as desired. Takes approximately 30 minutes to cook.
