Default Baked Potato Chips

Baked Potato Chips

2 large russet potatoes, unpeeled, sliced into 1/8-inch-thick rounds
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp coarse salt

Preheat oven to 400 F. Combine potatoes, oil and thyme in large bowl. Toss
to coat with oil. Arrange potatoes in single layer on 2 nonstick baking
sheets. Bake until potatoes begin to brown on bottom, about 15 minutes.
Turn potatoes over, continue to bake until brown and crisp, about 20
minutes. Sprinkle with salt.

Serves 4.
