Honeyed Pork Chops

6 pork chops
2 Tbsp oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
3 Tbsp honey
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp pepper

Brown pork chops in oil. Place browned pork chops in baking pan.
Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour mix over
chops. Cover and bake for an hour at 325 F.
