Tomato Gravy
6 slices bacon, finely chopped approxmiately 6 slices 1 small onion, diced 2 16 ounce cans chopped tomatoes Salt and pepper to taste Some sugar to taste Flour mixed with a little water to thicken the gravy Cook the bacon until almost crisp. Remove from the pan. Drain the grease if there is a lot reserving some to to cook the onions in. Cook the onions then add the tomatoes, bacon, season adding the salt, pepper and sugar, simmer for a few minutes then add the flour/water mixture to thicken the gravy.
