Hi,
During a recent stay in Perpignan, France, I got a sauce for my potatoes
called Banyuls sauce. I know the Banyuls wine. Do I use the wine or the
winegar? Can anybody help with a recipe for this wonderful sauce?

Anyone know/remember this dish. I believe it was a
chicken in a cream sauce, I remember that it had raisins, maybe served
over pasta?? Possibly had water chestnuts.

I could be fusing several memories together but I am searching for
this dish.

My mother who is deceased, used to cook in the crockpot, breaded beef
patties with dry onion soup mix and brown gravy mix and I do not know the
rest, no one to ask. My father is deceased also so I can not ask him. I
