Chicken Breast Dijon
From Shoprite.com 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves 3 Tbsp. butter, melted 2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard 1 Tbsp. water 3 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs Preheat oven at 375 F. Brush chicken with butter. Broil for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once. Mix mustard with water. Spread over chicken. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Return to oven for 3 to 4 minutes or until crumbs brown and chicken tests done. Storage: Refrigerate and use within two days of purchase. To freeze over wrap store wrapping with freezer paper, foil or a plastic freezer bag. Use within six months. Always thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Use at once if thawed in microwave. Preparation: Bake, broil, braise, grill, roast, stir-fry or cook in liquid. Cook chicken thoroughly to internal temperature of 180 F.
