Default Strawberry Meatball

Strawberry Meatball

250 grams of meat
250 grams of tomato
150 grams of vegetables
one eggs
sect of shallot
ginger
salt
pepper
chicken
powder
Water starch appropriate.

Put meat in the bowl, adding eggs, starch, chincken powder, salt and a
little water, stirring into thick paste; cleaned vegetables; peeled the
tomatoes and cut into small block. Put clean water and boiling,diverted
into small fire, and using spoon dip the water and make the meat into
small ball to cook then remove meatballs. Put fried pan on the big fire,
adding oil into half mature, and add the soup cooked meat balls (about 250
ml) boiling, fish sauce to not placed meatballs chicken powder, salt,
pepper, vegetable boiling water starch paste, adding the small tomato
block and make them spare.

Tips:Stir meat to the same direction, the fire is not to big when
boiling the meat, or the meatballs is easy to scatter.http://
