Peach Jell-O Mold

This peach jell_o mold was made with the first layer of jell-O mixed with
mayonnaise. It had to be set before putting on the peach layer. I am sure
there were other ingredients, but can't remember them. The next layer was
the jell-o with peaches.This was refrigerated until set. Then taken out
of the mod and put on a serving tray. It was our favorite salad and we
moved and I have lost the recipes.

Looking for a recipe that appeared in a women's magazine about 14 years
ago called Two Bean Gumbo. It was a cajun-inspired vegetarian soup served
over rice. Two ingredients that I remember are black eyed peas and okra.
It made a huge batch that lasted a week and just got better each day.

chocolate chip cookie copycat recipe

I'm looking for a recipe for soem chocolate chip cookies that are sold at
a grocery store called, Fresh and Natural Foods in Shoreview, MN. The
pastry chef there will not give out the recipe as it is an old family
secret. These cookies are the best I've ever had, even better than Mrs.
Fields or Nieman Marcus. I know that they are made with wheat flour, eggs,
butter, brown sugar, and white sugar, vanilla, salt and baking soda, but I
can't figure out the proportions, cooking methods, warm or soft butter
etc. They have a nice soft texture all throughout the cookie and great
flavor. Anyone think they could copycat this recipe?
