Peanutbutter Pillows

Hi..Im looking for a recipe for Peanutbutter Pillows. These were served in
school lunches when I was much younger. They consisted of peanutbutter,
honey, and dried powdered milk...any other ingredient, I'm not sure of.
They weren't baked, but was the mixture was rolled into long thick ropes
and cut with scissors that gave them the appearance of little pillows.
They might have had powdered sugar in them or maybe dusted with powder
sure after cutting to prevent them from being too sticky, not sure. Does
anyone have this recipe?

My mother used to make a from scratch chocolate cake that used 1 cup beer
and marishino cherries. Mom is no longer with us and the recipe got lost.
