Default Original Benihana Mustard Sauce

Original Benihana Mustard Sauce

5 teaspoons sesame seeds toasted
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1/2 cup water
1 cup soy sauce
3 cloves garlic
you may add a touch of wasabi if desired.

Mix mustard and water in bowl to form a paste. Place in blender with
toasted sesame seeds soy sauce and garlic. Blend on high for 2 minutes.
