Swiss, Ham and Noodle Casserole

2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cups chopped ham
1-8oz pkg. swiss cheese,shredded
1 pkg. egg noodles, cooked
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 cup lowfat sour cream (or plain yogurt)

Saute in 2 Tbsp. olive oil, 1/2 cup chopped green pepper and 1/2 cup
chopped onion. Add 1 can mushroom soup and 1 cup lowfat sour cream (or
plain yogurt) In a large casserole dish, layer in this order: ham,
noodles, sauce, and cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
