Original Benihana Ginger Sauce

1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
1 small (7oz) onion
1 (2oz) piece ginger
1/4 piece of a lemon
1/2 cup water
2 teaspoons sugar

Blend all on high for 2 minutes until ginger and onion are finely chopped.
