Default Apricot Glazed Turkey Breast

Apricot Glazed Turkey Breast

1 turkey breast roast
1 cup apricot preserves
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, mashed

Roast turkey according to package directions. Combine remaining
ingredients in a small saucepan. Heat on medium, stirring constantly until
brown sugar is dissolved and the sauce is well blended. About 30 minutes
before the turkey is done, remove from the oven and carefully slit the
foil lengthwise. Brush the turkey with the glazing sauce. Return turkey to
the oven to complete the cooking cycle. Remaining sauce can be served over
the sliced turkey.
