Easy Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

1 8oz package of cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup chicken broth
3lb red potatoes, thinly sliced (do not peel)
1 16oz package of chopped smoked ham
1 8oz package shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 cup frozen peas

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Spray a 13X9 baking dish with cooking spray
Mix cream cheese, sour cream and chicken broth in a large bowl Add
potatoes, ham, peas, and 1 3/4 cups of cheese Stir gently to coat Place
into baking dish, and top with remaining cheese Bake 1 hour or until
potatoes are tender

Makes 15 3/4cup servings
