Default Beef Stoganoff

Beef Stoganoff

The best ever!!!

1-2 lb. round steak (cut in cubes or strips)
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup diced onion
1-2 cloves garlic
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms or 2-3 cans canned mushrooms
1 can low sodium cream of mushroom soup (regular soup will work also)
1 can low sodium cream of chicken soup (regular soup will work also)
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup sour cream
1 8oz bag wide egg noodles

Melt oil and butter in a large skillet. Add beef. When the beef is
browned, remove from the pan and set aside. Saving the drippings in the
pan. Add onions, garlic, mushrooms to drippings and saute' until the
onions are glazed and clear. Add soups, soy sauce and Worcestershire
sauce to the onion, mushroom and garlic mixture. Stir to combine. Add
sour cream and stir. Add browned meat and stir. Bake covered in 275 degree
oven for 2-3 hours or you can put into a crock pot on low. Serve over wide
noodles.
