Stir-fry Ravioli
submitted by butterflydog 2 Tbsp olive oil 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes 1 pkg ( 9 oz ) fresh cheese ravioli 1/2 cup jarred mixed pickled peppers chopped 1 1/4 lb lean ground beef 1/2 cup dry white wine salt and pepper to taste Heat oil and pepper flakes and saute 30 seconds. Add the ravioli and saute them, using tongs to turn them until they get lightly browned and cooked through, about 4 to 5 minutes. Add the peppers and cook 30 seconds. Stir in the beef and breaking up meat with tongs and cook and browned through about 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in wine and cook until wine has reduced by 1/2. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley.
