Default Crab Shells

Crab Shells

8 ounce Crab -- 1 (7-1/2 ounce can) or 1 6 ounce package
frozen crab
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon green onion -- minced
1 Dash salt
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Dash Tabasco Sauce
2 egg whites -- beaten stiff
3 dozen toast rounds
Paprika

Drain canned crab and slice. Or defrost, drain and slice frozen crab.
Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine with mayonnaise, green onion and
seasonings. Fold in egg whites. Pile mixture on toast rounds. Sprinkle
with paprika. Broil until puffy and golden.

Yields 36 appetizers.
