Rosemary and Allspice Rub

For beef,poultry,pork,lamb

1 garlic clove; crushed
10 allspice berries; crushed
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped rosemary leaves
2 tablespoon olive oil

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix until smooth. use as a rub or
marinade to prepare meats or veggies for grilling or baking. Makes about
1/4 cup.
