Default Classic Chicken Tetrazzini

Classic Chicken Tetrazzini

12 ounces spaghetti
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup chopped white onion
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 cups diced chicken
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons pimento

Heat oven to 350 F. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
In large saucepan over medium heat melt butter, Add onion and garlic.
Cook 2 minutes. Add soup broth, seasoned salt and half of the cheese.
Cook until until mixture is smooth and cheese is melted. Add spaghetti
and chicken and mix well. Transfer to a baking dish, cover and bake for
30 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake 2 minutes
until cheese melts. Sprinkle with parsley and pimentos.
