Beef-Noodle Bake

Serving Size : 6

4 ounces medium noodles
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups cream-style cottage cheese
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. In skillet, cook beef,
onion, and green bell pepper till meat is brown and vegetables are tender;
drain off fat. Stir in tomato sauce, seasoned salt, and pepper. Blend together
cottage cheese and cream cheese till fluffy. Spoon the cooked noodles into a
greased rectangular baking dish. Spread cheese mixture over noodles; pour meat
sauce over all. Bake, uncovered, at 350 F till heated through, 30 to 40 minutes.
