Country Style Chicken Cutlets
1 envelope of onion soup mix 3/4 cup plain bread crumbs 1/4 cup grated Parmeasan Cheese 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, pounded thin(about 1 1/4 lb.) 1 egg 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted Preheat oven to 350 F. In medium bowl, combine soup mix, bread crumbs and cheese. Dip chicken in egg (beaten with 1 teaspoon water), then coat evenly with bread crumbs. On baking sheet arrange chicken; drizzle with margarine. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, turning once.
