3/4 lb. cream cheese
1/4 lb. sweet butter
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup mixed diced candied peels
1 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water

Mash cream cheese. Beat in butter, sour cream and sugar. Beat until well
blended and creamy. Add almonds, candied peels and raisins. Soften
gelatin in cold water. Dissolve over hot water. Add to cream cheese
mixture and mix well. Turn into oiled 4 cup mold. Chill. When ready to
serve, turn out on a serving plate. Decorate with glace or candied
cherries arranged in the form of a cross.
