Cake Kabobs

1 pound cake; or angel cake
Sweetened condensed milk; OR
Melted currant jelly
Flaked coconut

Cut pound cake or angel cake in 1 1/2 inch cubes. Spear each on fork. Dip
in sweetened condensed milk or jelly. Roll in flaked coconut to cover.
String cubes on skewers and toast over VERY HOT coals, turning often until
golden.
