This dish is very quick, easy and quite delicious. Only 5mins. cooking
time. Enjoy!! Kath - Australia Prawns (Shrimp) with Chilli. Coriander and Lime Butter 16 uncooked King Prawns 900g 100g butter 2 red chillies, seeded, chopped finely 2 Tbsp lime juice 2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander 50g meslun (mixture of assorted young lettuce & other green leaves) Shell & devein prawns, leaving tails intact, cut lengthways along prawn backs, without separating. Melt butter in wok or large frying pan, stir-fry prawns, in batches until changed in colour and just cooked through. Return prawns to wok. Add chilli, juice and coriander; toss gently to combine. Divide prawns and mesclun among serving plates. * Serves 4 as a starter course. * Serve with steamed rice or noodles for a main course. -- Rec.food.recipes is moderated by Patricia Hill at .
