Apple Cabbage Slaw

1 medium apple
1 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 cup cabbage
1 cup celery
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon table salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Shred cabbage, dice apple. In a bowl, toss apple with lemon juice. Add
remaining ingredients and toss to coat. Refrigerate any leftovers
