Baked fish casserole

400g lean white fish, skin removed
1 cup button mushrooms, sliced
1/3 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons shallots, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Grated rind of 1 lemon
1/8 teaspoon tarragon

Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Arrange the fish in a medium sized ovenproof dish. Mix all the other
ingredients and pour over the fish. Cover and bake 45 minutes.
Serves 4
