Hi Everyone,

There was a request in April for suggestions for improving oatmeal.
Here's what I do.

Tasty Oatmeal, Really!

Quick-cooking oatmeal
Water
Salt
Post's Grape Nut cereal

Make oatmeal the usual way, though with a little less dry oatmeal than
the recipe calls for. A minute before taking it off the heat, stir in
a handful of grape nuts, and let it stand for a minute. Then
serve with sugar (or whatever sweetener, if you use one)and milk.

The grape nuts have a rather pecan-y flavor in the oatmeal, and provide a
very nice texture.
