Default Fruit Salad Dressing

Requested: Fruit Salad Dressing

I use to eat a delious dressing on a strawberry, raw spinach, and red
onion salad a few years ago at a high school lunch room just outside of
Atlanta, GA. Unfortunately I was unable to get anyone to share the recipe
for the salad dressing with me. It was a little sweet, semi opaque, but
white. It did not have mayo or miracle whip in it. PLEASE try to help me
out! Many thanks in advance, Kim

Fruit Salad Dressing

3 Tbsp oil
1 cup of cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon mustard
water
ground white pepper

Wip or stir everything together. Taste. Add water for nice consistence. It
should be creamy. Taste. Some like garlic to the strawberries. Add a
little if you like. The cream cheese would give the sweetness and the
right colour.
