Default Maw-Maw's German Slaw

Maw-Maw's German Slaw

1 head of cabbage, grated
1 lg.green pepper, chopped
2 (14.5 oz.) cans of petite diced tomatoes and juice
equal parts of vinegar and sugar or sugar substitute
salt and pepper to taste

Plate all ingredients in a glass bowl. Mix well, cover and place in
refrigerator for a couple of hours. Adjust to taste with either more sugar
or vinegar. Keeps well in refrigerator for weeks. Wonderful with fish and
on hot dogs and hanburgers.
