Honey Lime Salad Dressing

I recently took my mom to Casey's for lunch (in Ontario, Canada). We both
loved the honey lemon salad dressing but are unable to find a source for
it in the grocery store. Does any one have a great homemade recipe for
this....or know how Casey's makes theirs?? We'd love to make our own.
