Hi Patricia,

I have been looking for years for the recipe for Mexican brandy butter
sauce
that is used at El Chico restaurants and is served over their apple pie
with
vanilla ice cream. They also serve it over a chocolate brownie with
vanilla
ice cream. It is served on a hot skillet and the sauce is poured at the
table where it will steam and sizzle. I have also found it at Don Pablo's
restaurant where they pour it over their sopapillas as a dessert. Any
help
