Chocolate Nut Covered Marshmallow Truffles

1 pkg white marshmallows
1 12 oz pkg semi sweet chocolate pieces
1 cup pecans finely chopped

I made this for a sweet tray along with chocolate dipped strawberries and
was amazed how many adults loved this as much as the strawberries! Melt
chocolate by any method you prefer ( I use the micro ) and then spike a
marshmallow with a toothpick and turn and roll the marshmallow into the
briefly cooled melted chocolate then sprinkle on the chopped pecans.
Place marshmallows onto a serving tray and let stay a few hours in a cool
place so chocolate hardens. Note: increase ingredients as needed.
