Default Alfredo Sauce

Alfredo Sauce

1 1/2 cup cream
1 beaten egg (or 2 yolks)
1 cup Parmesan cheese (4 cup is great)
1/4 cup butter

Melt butter over low heat. Add cream and beaten egg. Mix in cheese.
Stir
until thickened. Put over cooked fettuccini or spaghetti.
