Default Halibut with fresh herbs

Requested: Grilled Fish
From: Marzell Christian
I am looking for a recipe to grill fish on a charcoal grill. Nothing
fancy, just fish and whatever you would put on it while grilling. Catfish
or halibut prefered.

Halibut With Fresh Herbs

Cook this with the coals either in a circle to the outside of the grill or
moved to one side.Oil the grill before starting.

4 tsp snipped chives.
4 tsp chopped tarragon, or2 tsp dried tarragon.
1 tsp coarse salt.
2 Tbsp cooking oil.
2 lbs Halibut steaks (about1+1/4 inch thick..

Mix chives, tarragon, oil, and salt. Brusk marinate on both sides of fish,in
a shollow pan and refrigerate;covered,1hr turning occationally.Arrange
fish on grill and cook for 10 to 12 min. oor until fish is tender and
flakes with a fork. Turn the fish once halfway through cooking time.
