Subject: wedding appetizers help

I am cooking some appetizers for a wedding for my daughter. We
have the menu down but I am trying to estimate the amount of kitchen help
I will need. Anyone got any ideas for me?

We expect around 200 people. I am hoping make in advance a lot of
appetizers (empanadas, stuffed mushrooms, tyropitas, meatballs, etc) and
have someone run the kitchen (shove them in and out of the oven and then
serve them up on buffet tables) but I need to figure out how much serving
staff we will need and how much clean up help.

Any suggestions, sites etc. would be a great help.
