Lemon Broiled Fish Amandine

1 lb. pkg. frozen fish fillets
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/4 tsp. shredded lemon peel
1/4 cup lemon juice
few drops Tabasco
1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
1 Tbsp. snipped parsley

Allow fish to thaw 20 minutes. Cut fish in 4 equal portions. Place fish on
unheated rack of broiler pan. Combine butter, lemon peel, juice and
Tabasco; brush some over fish. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Broil
4-inches from heat for 12 minutes. Brush with lemon mixture and brush
again. Broil 10 to 12 minutes more. Remove fish to heated serving platter.
Combine the remaining lemon butter with the sliced almonds and parsley;
spoon over each fish portion. Makes 4
servings
