![]() Request: Tomato Juice From: Sonna Mayo Tomato Juice I want to make tomato juice from my homegrown tomatoes. How do I go about making it Tomato Juice 1 Pound or more tomatoes Cut up and process tomatoes in a blender or food processor until you have a slurry. It is not necessary to peel them. Strain the mixture through a strainer to get the juice. This will sort out the peels and seeds. Place the juice in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Cook gently for 5-10 minutes. Add salt to taste. Cool and enjoy! -- Rec.food.recipes is moderated by Patricia Hill at . Only recipes and recipe requests are accepted for posting. Please allow several days for your submission to appear.
