Cheddar Sausage Bake
1 lb. sausage 5 baking potatoes, thinly sliced 1 (14 oz) bag broccoli 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cheddar cheese soup 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese Preheat oven to 400. In skillet, crumble and cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain on paper towels. In a greased 9x13 baking dish, place sliced potatoes Top with cooked sausage, then broccoli. In small bowl, combine soup and milk. Spoon over broccoli. Top with cheese. Cover. Bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. -- Rec.food.recipes is moderated by Patricia D. Hill at .
