Jacques Pepin steak sauce

I have lost my recipe for a steak sauce from jacques pepin. I beleive I
found it in a "Best of the Best" Food and Wine magazine cookbook many
years ago. I remember it took red wine, tomato sauce and maybe
worchestshire sauce. There were only five or six ingrediants.
Can anybody help me find this recipe?

Gazpachi Salad

At The Fish House Restaurant in Pensacola,Florida there is a famous salad
that I cannot find anywhere. It is layered and is vegetables,greens and
some sort of hard biscuit that they soak and put in too.
It is colorful and suppose to be well known. I appreciate anyone that
