Hi JT,
I was also looking for the TGI Fridays Cilantro Lime Dressing recipe. We buy a container of it at the restaurant whenever we go out. Please let me know if you have a close recipe. The closest that I could find was: Lime Cilantro Dressing 1/2 cup olive oil juice of 1 lime 4 garlic cloves peeled, ends removed 1/2 cup cilantro, wash, dry fresh ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon sugar, to taste 1/8 teaspoon salt, to taste In a food processor fitted with a metal blade, combine the olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cilantro leaves, and black pepper. Process until smooth. Add sugar and salt to taste. Makes 1/2 cup. Sincerely , Dan Matthews -- Rec.food.recipes is moderated by Patricia D. Hill at .
