Cod Parmesan

submitted by butterflydog

Cod Parmesan from Cestaro Brother's Cape Cod Restaurant

1 lb codfish
seasoned breadcrumbs
1 cup homemade marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
dollops of garlic bread spread

Heat oven to 400F. Place seasoned fish on baking pan. Sprinkle with
breadcrumbs. Pour sauce over top. Sprinkle over the cheese. Dollop on the
garlic spread. B ake 7 to 8 minutes or until fish is cooked and cheese
melted. Serve with pasta. Yield: 2 to 3 servings. Garlic bread spread may
be found in jars at the supermarket. Or you can make your own . Usually a
mixture of butter, garlic, cheese and Italian spices.
