Crystal Shrimp with Sweet and Sour Sauce

Yield: 4 servings

1/2 cup Kikkoman Sweet and Sour Sauce
1/2 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 egg white, beaten
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
2 carrots, cut diagonally in thin slices
1 green bell pepper, chunked
1 onion, chunked
1 Tablespoon sesame seed, toasted

Combine sweet and sour sauce with 1 Tablespoon water; set aside. Coat
shrimp lightly with egg white, then with cornstarch. Stir-fry 2 minutes,
or until pink; remove. Stir-fry vegetables in 1 Tablespoon hot oil in
same pan over high heat 4 minutes. Add shrimp, sweet and sour sauce
mixture and sesame seed; cook and stir until shrimp and vegetables are
coated with sauce.
